Operations Executives

Head of Fulfillment – Distributed Retail – Midwest *****FILLED***

Qualified candidates will have a successful track record in managing a large retail Operations team and at least 15 yrs experience in a supervisory capacity within the mortgage lending industry. Must be current with regulatory, compliance and TRID guidelines. Span of control to include all facets of Operations, excluding Underwriting. Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge in all facets of mortgage underwriting from a leadership standpoint. Third Party underwriting experience preferred but not mandatory. Title Insurance Executive – East Coast

Business Development Officer

National mortgage owned Title agency closing 1200 units monthly, our client is seeking an individual with exceptional Business Development / Sales skills and strong contacts to help facilitate aggressive growth of a successful operation based out of the East Coast. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of success in negotiating new business within the Title industry and a hands on understanding of the economics of running a profitable agency. MSA is seeking an experienced Sales leadership candidate for a Chicago based lender.  This is an established Call Center with approximately 20 Loan Officers – the ideal candidate will be a highly skilled leader with a strong track record in recruiting and production growth with an ability to analyze pull through ratios and lead management.  The company is offering an aggressive comp and benefit plan.


EncompassAdministrator – East Coast

The company is a residential mortgage banking firm led by industry experts that have over 100 years of combined experience and a passion for making home lending better.  The Encompass Administrator will be responsible for the effective management, customization and maintenance of the company’s Loan Origination System, Encompass (Ellie Mae).  This position is based in our Maitland, FL headquarters.

SVP Sales– Chicago

Senior leadership role with the nation’s leader in Private Money Lending serving residential rehab investors who acquire, rehab, renovate, rent and sell properties.  The ideal candidate will currently live in the greater Chicago area  (although some relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate) and have experience in Retail or Commercial sales leadership, with a demonstrated track record of success.

Texas Production Manager– DFW

Tremendous opportunity for current Area, Regional or Branch Manager currently running a large branch to truly have a seat at the table with 100+ year old established bank launching new Distributed Retail division.  Candidate will drive new policies and procedures with regard to Pricing, Training, Comp plans, Marketing and business strategy, while creating a best in class Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years retail mortgage banking experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of success, both in sales and overall profitability.


Branch Managers

Producing and non-producing, for those managers running a larger branch. Must have a successful track record in self sourced production with relationships in place to facilitate a quick ramp up. Several models to choose from, including P&L, hybrid P&L and traditional. Strong Transition Income provided in all cases.

We are seeking both Area and Regional Sales Managers who enjoy leading a multi-state territory with the ability to utilize solid relationships with proven Originators for a quick ramp up. Must be experienced leaders who do not want to be hampered by growth or income restrictions and those who are not reliant on company provided leads to generate business. Several models to choose from, with aggressive Transition income in all cases. Available positions include the Southeast, Texas, Midwest and the Pacific Northwest.
