Our client, a national, privately held lender operating (3) robust channels, is seeking an experienced CMO to take them to the next level. This role will include increasing operational efficiencies and origination quality while increasing market penetration and enhancing the company brand.

Drive targeted marketing initiatives to support all production channels while building a top-performing team. Design and implement advertising and direct marketing campaigns, customer communications, and branding strategies. Accountable for all PR and event marketing. Highlights include:

• Implement strategic sales and marketing campaigns to increase new production and customer acquisition, transform the company’s digital landscape, grow social media presence, expand thought leadership, and revise external customer communications.
• Heavy focus on digital transformation. Formulate a digital strategy and launch new websites and campaigns (online advertising, mobile, text, and social media) to improve customer experience and drive acquisition and retention. Coordinate and create templates for Sales team member websites and interactive customer portals.
• Champion all service quality initiatives, customer satisfaction surveys, and market research. Manage annual marketing budgets.
